Integrated Co-Teaching

Educators who routinely collaborate and reflect on their teaching practices, using student data to inform their conversations, can increase access for all students and normalize difference. New Visions for Public Schools provides professional development opportunities in service of meeting this goal based on Tuckman's Model of Team Development and the Equal Access for All Learners framework for curriculum and instruction. The model below illustrates this relationship.
